Remember, honesty is the best policy.
Independent student thinking builds self-confidence.
Democracy is practiced within the classroom, as in our government.
Each student is an asset to the growth and development of the class.
Individuals bring different points of views to activities.
Never forget to believe in ones self.
One may achieve their dreams and goals with hard work.
No one may give less than his or her best.
Everyone is always learning.
Skills learned in school carry throughout ones life.
What is popular isn't always right and what's right isn't always popular.
One student can make a difference.
Really hard work expands the mind.
Keep trying effort is 9/10 of the grade.
It is important to always be prepared for class.
Student should always take ownership of their work.
Teach to build self-esteem within students.
Helping one another is cooperative learning.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Keep focused on short and long term goals.
Each class has its own strengths and personality.
Yelling is not the answer.
For the 2016-2017 school year my teaching assignments are AP world History & Sociology. This is my 20th year teaching & I am looking forward to a great year. This web site will be a work in progress & I will be updating it through out the school year.
